Mr. Randy Schmidt, Cameraman-Editor of CBS News, made a presentation to KKC members about the needs of the foreign media in filming and covering Japanese companies. He explained the Do’s and Don’ts when a TV broadcaster wants to do a story that is at least partially about a company. He pointed out that it is always helpful when PR departments ask questions, make suggestions and try to understand what the media needs to tell their story, because they know their company better than outsiders do.

Mr. Anthony Trotter, Producer of ABC News (America) of ABC Television Network, who has been working in Japan since 1996 also joined the discussion.
