Mr. Takeshi Yamawaki, Research Director at SmartNews Media Research Institute, presented his views on the above topic to KKC member corporations. He explained that the polarization of the media amplifies the ideological divisions of American society. He emphasized that it is important to improve media literacy and critical thinking skills in order to examine the information and news provided by the polarized media.
