Bergner explained the implications of a Biden win and the challenges that President Biden will confront, including Covid-19, polorized politics, massive debts and deficits, continuing rivalry with China and reassertion of global leadership. Mr. Shinsuke Takahashi, Chairman of the Board of NEC Corporation of America and Mr. Go Eguchi, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas) also commented on the situation in Washington, D.C. and the effects on their businesses.
