Keizai Koho Center held an online seminar with the McKinsey & Company Tokyo Office, inviting Senior Partner Lari Hamalainen, Partner Michihiko Kurokawa and Partner Tomoharu Hirayama as speakers to discuss Digital Transformation (DX). Mr. Hamalainen mentioned that the impact of digitalization would extend to all industries and sectors, and not only to new businesses but also to existing ones. He also pointed out that the top-down leadership is most important in order to promote DX and each business unit needs to take an initiative to lead the transformation.
