Ms. Motoko Rich, Tokyo Bureau Chief of The New York Times, was invited to participate in a roundtable meeting with KKC member corporations. Topics of discussion included the ongoing and escalating tensions between Japan and South Korea, demographics of Japan, and the changing Japanese identity. A total of 30 people attended.
