A China expert and consultant, Toshiya Tsugami, President of Tsugami Workshop, gave a lecture on “China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Eurasia” to KKC members. He pointed out that Japan should urge China to follow the international rule of law in carrying out the Belt and Road Initiative. He also stated that countries should multilaterally monitor the repayment capabilities of nations that receive infrastructure loans from China.
