Mr. Motohiro Ikeda, Senior Editorial Writer of NIKKEI was invited speak about Russia and the Newly Independent States (NIS) to KKC members. He stated that Russia intended to promote the “Eurasian Economic Alliance” and also showed positive reactions on the China-led “Belt and Road Initiative”, while being cautious of China’s growing influence in the region.
