Mr. Robin Harding, Tokyo Bureau Chief of the Financial Times, was invited to join a group of 30 business executives to exchange views on Japan’s economic policies and the future of the media. Regarding Japan’s attitude towards immigration, he noted that although he doesn’t think a foreigner should criticise it, if Japan wants high-skilled immigrants, it will have to create a framework where they can bring their families.
