Keizai Koho Center provided an opportunity for its member corporations to learn about the latest situation of investor relations and the strategies to deal with activist investors. Mr. Peter Kenevan, Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, presented an overview of investor relations. Mr. Joseph Cyriac, Expert Partner and Mr. Justin Sanders, Partner of McKinsey, shared their experiences in dealing with activist investors in the United States. Nine members from the Finance Research Group of McKinsey and KKC members participated in a role-playing session.
